Is this NP205 torque bracket broken?

I have this up on ebay and a guy emailed me saying it was broken. As far as I can remember the last 3-4 I have had were this way. He says the smaller piece to the right is broken off the center piece.

If anyone has an LMC handy can you look at the poly bushings they sell for these and see if it shows an exploded view. TIA.

I have another one of these that I am going to use and it is exactly the same way.

I just looked at my LMC book and it shows it as 3 separate pieces.....gimme a couple min and I'll scan the pic and add it to my post.

not broken. tell him the ones he has seen are rusted together and he needs to buy yours.
