My wife found this on craigslist and sent it to me to look at for a friend of mine. The wheels are spaced so far apart that the landing leg is not on the ground and the nose is still up. The tongue is not centered on the trailer, it is off to the left side.:eek1:

Looks to me like being setup like this you wouldn't have any tongue weight on the truck with pulling all the weigh up and then it would start putting all the weight on the front axle instead of equalizing it on both axles. And it's going to pull about 6-8" right of center.

looks pretty chinsy to me. i know it can't handle very well at all with little to no tounge weight at all. save your 500 and buy something with some engineering put into it instead of buying something off a guy who had a stick welder and some channel laying around in his garage. just don't look safe.

Yea I'm not planning on buyting, Just wondering if he knows something I don't or if that thing would pull safely or not. I bought one a few months ago and a friend was hunting one when my wife ran across this add. Heres a pic of the one I picked up.

nice trailer. looks similar to mine only I have a wood deck.

Yea it tows really well. Took it from Ft Campbell to Florida to go 4wheeling and I couldn't ask for a better towing trailer. The only thing is those fag looking hubcaps on it. I'll probably get some descent rims when I get home.

Just get a set of those spinner hubcaps and sport the trailer bling :D

I just run white spoked trailer wheels. But i do want to get the center caps that pop on the lug nuts to help stop grease from dripping on the wheels.

I'm probably going to put some of the regular round hole trailer wheels on it. Unless I find something else real cheap.

UH???? NO:shame:. No spinners for me. :D
