full float 6 lug??

If it was a 6-lug FF, it might be worth that, due to the custom machining required.
The weird thing about axles is that the prices vary a lot based on the area you're in. Usually you could find a rear end for $200, but getting one set up the way you want it is definatly worth a lot. I paid $125 for the axle, then $200 for a 6-lug conversion, probably another $200 to do rear discs (drums needed replacing and would have cost more). If I needed another ratio, that would have been another $240.
My guess is you can find one like that for $250.

Yeah, I think he's on glue with that price. Front 60s are going for that around here. I understand that the 6 lug 14 sf is somewhat sought after, but its quite a niche market...one which I fall in.

I bought mine for $300 with a 90 day warranty. With him calling it a full floater, sounds like he really doesn't know what he has...

I agree, its hard to tell from that pic but that doesn't look like a full float to me. I would guess its a 6 lug semi-float, more pics would be needed, but regardless that does seem a bit high.

You can tell by the hubs that it isn't full-float. I paid $150 for mine btw. That guy is high, and will be lucky to sell it. But on the other hand, I did have a guy tell me that he paid $2000 to have his 10-bolt swapped out for a sf 14-bolt.

I have seen 2 in the last few weeks for $150. I just look for the guys parting out whole trucks. They seem to just sell them as rear axles and not a special zippity-doo must have axle.
There was a guy selling a set of 72 highboy axles for 2k a couple weeks ago. I wtf'd alot, then laughed.
