My throttle got stuck today while turning around in a creek and I ended up almost flipping the damn thing at about 20mph. I shut the key off and while I was still moving, I threw it in park. Now if I put it in park on a hill, it clicks and rolls. I know that I broke the parking paw/pin but my question is, if I don't have to put it in park would it be ok to drive it like this? I don't want a piece of metal ****ing something up.

Here is a pic because I am a whore and you guys love pics...

Mike I'd drop the pan to at least get the broken part out. If it got wedged into the rotating drum, it could break the case. You should be able to replace it with the pan off too.

So I can fix it without having to remove the tranny? You know where I can get the part? It is a th400.
