Now that is badass!! I also would love to see more pics. Especially close-ups of what you did with your gas tank. I also need to raise mine

tank is a 20 gallon aluminum unit. rear frame rails are tied together with 2x2x3/16th welded to 3/8 flat stock, that supports fuel tank mounts as well as battery mounts. axle got moved forward 17 inches so i lost the factory stuff above the axle and went with 6 xmembers to the cab.

cool, so what are your plans for a fuel pump now that your converting to tbi?

the tbi kit i ordered was from A.F.I they included a fuel pump but it had barb fittings. after a fire episode from the musclecar days i have since went to all braided...cough...expensive fittings on everything but cooling hoses. so i ended up ordering a carter pump that was compatible with the tbi setup. have very few pics on new computer but will be snapping a bunch more. the tubework on the front interfered with the serpentine pulley setup i am swapping so everthing is new from firewall forward, i have lowered the front almost 4 inches so a diff look is in the works!!! everthing is mocked up and final welding in the am so aside from any big flops she will be rolling sunday afternoon:ignore:
