It's a hard decision

Well I think the time has come to make a life change. I am getting divorced and once that happens my truggy becomes useless for awhile. I am planning to part it out and then sell my trailer. My plan is to buy a pontoon boat so I will be able to take my kids out for some fun along with friends. I also think I will buy a Jeep (ducking now) and do a mild build and limit it to 35's. I would love to get a full vert K5 but I wouldn't want to wheel one. My overall plan is to enjoy life for now and hang out with my kids. Once things settle down I plan to get back into a serious build. Most likely I will build a buggy. Anyhow keep an eye on the for sale forums because everything will be going up for sale.
 
Well, Crap. But the kids are the most important part. How about adding a seat or two in the rig?

Pontoon boat with the kids sounds fun too! And cheaper.

No room in the back to add seating without reworking the whole rear of the rig.
 
Best of luck to both you and Donna Wayne....I hope you guys can keep things amicable at the very least. Gotta say I'm a bit shocked, you guys seemed to share a lot of important interests and hobbies. Of course that's only one aspect of a marriage, but still...you guys seemed solid.

Rene, I wasn't totally blindsided but I was quite shocked. I can't believe all the lies and decete I found out about. She has burned alot of bridges that she doesn't even know about yet. She has a $hitstorm comming her way soon and I have no pity on her. To be totally honest, I should have done this 4 years ago but I thought she learned. Guess I was wrong. In the end I will be fine and life will go on.
 
Bummer to hear about the troubles in life, but all well end best in the end.

You can have a ton of fun in a mildly built jeep, like you said you know you just want to scratch build a buggy, so don't go to far modding anything and just start buying tubing and stuff.

Pontoon boat sound like a blast!
