Working on elecrical now. 320 amp Mechman alternator, 2nd battery. Changing all hots and grounds to 1/0. Getting ready for audio, winch and compressors. The stock 105 couldn't keep up with all my fans for cooling with the AC on.

Got the rear width to match the front now at 70" wms. Gonna shave the 14B and go to big Brake disks in the back. Just haven't gotten to it yet.

Torq brakets with 14" 3500 Dodge rotors and calipers up front sorted out and bled. Can lock up 40s now.

Fuel system turned out sweet. Dual pumps and I have enough supply to put a 3.8L whipple on it.

Did you machine the hubs or the rotor hats? I got a set of brackets on the shelf for winter upgrade. What master cylinder worked out?

Machined the hubs and the shoulders off of the studs. Also cut the 18mm bolts down flush with the calipers.

I have arbs in my 392 Jeep on 42s with Fusion 40 spline 14B and super 60 up front. No issues. And ive done every 9 rated trail at Sand Hollow and every trail in Moab including pritchett canyon. Just got back from the Rubicon in it. It definitely likes to party. This me on the soup bowl on Rubicon in June. 1 shotted it first attempt. Ill have to see if the carrier is different in super 60. Prolly is.
