So I haven't gotten to do any really fun fab work for a little while, couple of months probably. Been doin some just boring stuff though.
Working on my buddys bronco 2 ( pretty kick a rig) He is redoing the steering which required redoing the pahnard mount. He has an explorer he is going to throw this axle in when we get the D44 built for the bronco, so it needs to stay straight.
Its a dana 30 so not very strong, we have no real room to build a normal truss so a non traditional truss it was
In the above pic you can see the old crappy mount. It was pretty much built with what little scrap Jon had laying around. Was actually some tabs we cut of the orginal TTB or something. It worked but was ugly and with the new steering it was in the way.
So we built a better mount, still not quite done yet but you get the idea
