It\'s lifted !!!!!!

The 6" suspension lift is installed and the K/5 is home Front driveshaft is in the
backseat till I can get it lenghtened, the rear driveshaft needs lenghtened also, but I was
able to drive it home. I found the CV joint in the front driveshaft it shot. Maybe thats where
the vibration was comeing from. Looks funny with the small tires still on it. Gotta take
care of the driveshafts befor the 35" Superswampers can be bought. Happy to have it
home, I'll get some pic's as soon as I can. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Re: It\'s lifted !!!!!!

I forgot to get a swaybar drop kit, so we just didn't put it back on. Does anyone see a problem with running without the swaybar ????

Re: It\'s lifted !!!!!!

That's great you got it back. How is your ride and handling? I'm thinkin about a 6" superlift super-ride.

Re: It\'s lifted !!!!!!

The ride is great, just alittle stiffer then stock. I think the Superlift Super-ride are well worth it. I would defently recomened. I'm useing Pro-Comp shocks, extened break lines, raised steering arm, (add-a-leaf and blocks in the rear till I get the ORD 4" shackle flip and 2" Superlift super-ride leaf springs). It handles better then it did stock, but my stock leaf springs were worn out. /forums/images/icons/blush.gif

That's with 4" and 36's

Re: It\'s lifted !!!!!!

Nice white-walls /forums/images/icons/cool.gif I drove mine w/ the small tires for a few weeks just to make sure there were no lift induced problems that would masked by or confused with the new tires. It looks odd but it is easier to fix thing when there is only one change at a time.
