Its that time again..*UPDATE* time ya\'ll. ???

Whats everyone fixing, changing, or breaking right now? Just curious of what everyones up too /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I am currently just getting ready to :
1-take my k5 block to the shop and have it machined
2-order the o/h kit for the burb cuz its next
3-get my gears in the front axle
4-get my lift from leadfoot067 on the burb

thats all til thats done, except kill moles in my new lawn /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif I hate them things.

for me its

1) trim the fenders more to fit the 35's under full flex
2) find a doner truck for some new axles
3) fix any remaining rust
4) do the body mounts
5) paint it

Install D60 front
Ditch near new exhaust system and have a 3" single installed.
Install custom proto-type anti-wrap bar (built by <font color="orange">45acp</font color>.../forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif)
Rebuild front driveshaft.
Build some custom home brew front springs
Add longer shocks.
More body art... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Pray the 350 lives long enough for me to build or find another motor. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

regear
Install body lift and trim fenders to clear 39.5's
Start working on some steering issues

Thanks Rob...i may take you up on that. Ideally I am hoping to find a beater with a decently running 6.2 liter diesel if I can.

At the moment it smokes when it's cold (5 minutes or so) and it doesn't have as much oil pressure as it should. Prolly about 27 lbs max when it's warm and on the freeway/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif If it's like every other sbc I've had it should go another 50,000 miles though. It still makes great power...

Perf mods to the 454 TBI system, exhaust
Rear discs with caddy calipers
New rear shock mounts, perches and flip kit

K30:
4L80E install mate to NP205
12K Ramsey with bumper install
Body lift
Utility bed swap for LB
35's

New 78 Sub:
some winch and bumper
third seat install
body work and paint
interior trim pieces
top rack mod and install

(2) Install Echobit Shackle flip and Ford 57" springs
(3) Fix the heater
(4) Install Rockjunkies spring perches
(5) Rear Disc brakes

get all the people that OWE me parts to gimme my parts(yall know who you are)

get all the people who want to trade parts to my place(things happen and im not in to much of a hurry till i get my owed parts)

get another 3500 for tires and rims

get a few more thousand for drivetrain stuff

put it all back together.

i got a long way to go. just need a clutch and a throwout bearing now and my hyd clutch(from th350 to 465) will be done.

Well since I just bought this /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif a few months ago I have a long wish list. My too do list before the end of the year is pretty short.

(1) Get newly aquired hummer wheels modified for correct
backspacing.
(2) Install zero rates from ORD on the current rear susp-
ension, to get rid of that saggy but.
(3) Save up enough money to get 42" TSL's to mount on
modified hummer wheels.

If I get all this done by the end of the year /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gifI can get started on the suspesion mods by the first of the year /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

1. Get the door i just put on set up correct
2. install MOO shock mounts
3. install MOO 14FF diff cover
4. Get into the metal shop to finish rear bumper/start front bumper.

Fixing-

1. Redoing all brake lines- with the Extended - losing brakes SUX!

2. Replacing E-Brake Cables-

3. Getting Passanger side exhaust redone-

4. finding some smaller tires for winter.

Over the winter I will be ordering all new weatherstrip, new do-daad's etc.. so my spring list is a LOT longer than my winter list.

only thing I really NEED to do is the brakes, and remember to drive it every couple of days, but can't do that till I get the brakes fixed.

12 bolt w/ Locker or Limited slip

I usually don't reply to this kind of post, but I'm having some fun /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif....

Modifying crossmembers and trying to engineer a triple stick shifter for my doubler setup.

install my 4.56s
drill floor for bolts through body mounts
get a driveline spacer.
