Its wobbling help!

ok so I got my 77 blazer stuck last night and had my buddy yank me out while driving it home it started wobbling, the steering wheel wobbles and so does my 4X4 shifter.. not sure whats wrong.. when it does it real bad it makes it seem like a tire is about to fall off..

I put a hook through a hole in the frame just behind the front bumper.. thing is. it doesnt constantly do it its random.. but its there

check your ball joints on the front axle
