I was tearing down my '85 J code to do new gaskets and all of the main webs were cracked. I junked the short block and found a replacement so everything else is up for sale:
Heads, rockers, valve covers, injectors, glow plugs. Tested the plugs and they are all good.
Injection pump (supposedly rebuilt within the last year)
Injection lines
Water pump (looks newish)
Timing cover
J code intake
CDR and brackets
Lift pump
Oil pan
Dipstick
Exhaust manifolds
All of the associated bolts and they are bagged and labeled.
So on.
Basically everything but the short block and balancer which was junk anyway.
Alternator, starter and air cleaner stay with me. $150 for everything or trade towards a Chevy NV4500 4x4 with cash on my end. Shoot me a text or call at 703-994-1037 for a quicker response.

Dropped the price, I need to clear out my garage and I don't want to throw these parts in the trash.

Where did you find a motor? I'm next door to you in Havelock....

A junk collector locally had one, pulled the pan and the mains look good but the air cleaner has been off so I will tear it down and get to cleaning.

Adding a good np208 and a junk 700r4 to the deal for the same $150. It all goes to the scrap man next week if I can't get it sold.

What indications do you have that the pump has been rebuilt?

Shipping is the killer here, but I might take some of the smaller items.

The previous owner said it was, which I can't verify and there is a sticker on the radiator support from a diesel service center in Oregon. The PO also said the freeze plugs had been replaced and they were new so he may have been telling the truth.

How much is an early GM NV4500 worth to you?

True, if it was everything needed to swap in the 6.2 it might be worth the shipping.

I'm interested in the following:

Heads, rockers, valve covers, injectors, glow plugs. Tested the plugs and they are all good.
Injection pump (supposedly rebuilt within the last year)
Injection lines
J code intake

Let me see what I can get in flat rate boxes and get you a price. It will be this weekend, I'm in the field the rest of the week.
