Most of the RH TRE's come with the jam nut. They are 7/8-18. The RH ones can be found at a good bolt shop, but most of the LH ones I have seen were custom lathe work. Poison Spyder Customs (AE's little brother) has them for about $12 ea (that is where I got mine and they have worked fine so far).

I almost ordered some LH ones from poison spyder. Don't do it, they will try and charge you an absurd amount for shipping. For me it was almost 10.00 and I live in a neighboring state!
I got mine from offroad design. They've got them in stock.

Yup, we got em, LH and RH oem.
On a part like this, you do have to be prepared to pay more for shipping than for the part. UPS charge to send a 1# box is the minimum and it's still not super cheap. it's best to send with other big parts but if you gotta have them, you gotta have them.
