I recently installed a JB Conversions NP241 SYE kit in a 1989 NP241. Everything went together great but now my speedometer rotates counter clockwise.

Any ideas as to how or why?

Is it possible that I put the speedo gear on the wrong way on the T-case output shaft?

You can not put it the wrong way.
It's the same any way you put it.
You must have the wrong application, either they sent the wrong gear or you picked the wrong application??
