They got nothing on me and my complaint went through, they now have 12 complaints on their record. They are repititive in what they haave to say and really have no valid reasoning over the entire issue but here is there final response along with the link to better business bureau website

As previously stated the carburetor that was returned to us was found to have no problems other than the fact the adjustments were not performed properly. Please refer to our Initial Resonse Summary.
