I would like to get a couple new blades for my band saw and curious what you guys would recomm for cutting metal for bumpers and brackets?
JET HVBS-463 blade measurements 1/2 x .025" x 64-1/2" x 14R.
This is first time replacing blade so do not want to waste $ on crappy blades.

I am getting mine from detroit saw blades. Been real happy with the longetivity and cutting ability of the blades. I have multiple blades. I do stainless, aluminium, cromolly and normal steel. I use different blades for each. Don't know off of the top of my head what they are. I logged them in my welding manual, and can't find it.

Their site has a pretty good apread sheet on which blades work best for what. And they are USA steel and manufactured.
