hey guys im having some trouble starting the jimmy.some times it it will start like it should, other times you turn the key and the power acc comes on but when you go the rest of the way to engague the starter something under the dash near the gas peddle makes a clicing noise and all the power goes off.or if you turn the key to the acc and try to use the power windows or locks the same thing happens,it makes the click noise and the power shuts off is there some kinde of relay or fuse that could be doing this?? thanks guys

Well, it could be that you have a loose positive battery terminal, I've had cars that when you turned the key, the accessories worked, but when you turn to start it "clicks", but at the terminal. If your terminal(s) is/are good and tight (cant move it on the post when you try to twist it) it may be the ignition switch and I think it's mounted on top of the steering column and actuated by a rod. You may have to drop the column to change it.
