Tracy has been out of the office the last couple days. Her Mother has been admitted to the hospital with some heart problems.

I've been in and out of the shop over the last couple days as well. Trying to do what's needed on both ends.

Currently the outgoing message on the office phone line is requesting that you call the tech line to place your order. There are always a couple guys there that can take your order. If you have specific technical questions, leave a message with one of them and I will return your phone call. Might be in the evening hours before I can, but I will.

Another 24 hours will settle things down again and get us back to normal. Tracy is an irreplacable part of our team. When she's gone the impact is obvious.

what's to be sorry for? you guys tend to what needs to be done for family first. i know what it is to be overwhelmed with work and other pressing isssues, my health suffered for it as a result.......you take care of you too, things will get done when they get done. well wishes and a prayer in the wind........Bill

Things are going good. They had to put a charge in the ticker I guess to make it settle down.

Sounds like a pacemaker next week. All under control again.

The shop crew was off for Good Friday as well as Tracy in the office.

I was in and out of the shop all day. Caught a few calls but not all of them I'm sure.

Tracy's Mother is doing well.

No need for apologies. We kept the disruption as minimal as possible. Best we could do.

It's all good though. Tracy's Mother was over for Easter today. She's up and about again. Just has to slow down a bit.

Things have been back to normal in the shop for a while now. Just busy as all get out with the tax return season. I think the push for Easter wheelin' weekend just let up a week ago.
