Dude, you should have come! I need some competitors that are more in my class... Either they are crazy built rigs that are 10x more capable than I am, or they are smaller Jeeps and stuff. I've got a 1000 lbs on most of the rigs there, easy, which makes things a bit tougher for me

I'm sure looking forward to Moab! Shame you can't make er down for that in a few weeks too! I'm gonna have to learn how to drive on the rocks though... I am used to full throttle mud bogging...

That would be the Alberta Safari Park, located about 20 minutes East of Sherwood Park off Wye Road and RR 205. Its actually about 10 minutes away from where I grew up in Ardrossan

Its held the third weekend of every August the last 9 years running. Next year is the 10th year anniversary and is going to be a 2 day event. I'll be entering again for sure! All the big boys in Alberta run both there and at the Highriders Challenge earlier on in the year. My truck is one of the smallest there on 37s. This year the biggest tire was 54", last year was 79"

Oh, did I mention that I just bought an 01 with a Vortec 8100 in it? Too good a deal to pass up, not sure if I am gonna put it in the K5 or not yet...
