What all was involved?
Ummm...to give you a short rundown (when my latest round of mods is complete I'll put up a long thread)
1. cut out wheel tubs
2. cut triangle shaped pieces out of floor
3. pull together bedsides with ratchet strap
4. brace bed floor in place
5. trim bumper
6. re mount wheel tubs (I cut mine so that they don't take up much interior room, also, mine are temporarily braced)
7. grind door latch pins
8. weld and brace as much as you can
9. get ready for some really funny looks
The rear shocks are already mounted, I just fogot to take pics. The winch mount is getting done sometime this week (a local welder is doing it as a favor). I've gotta cut the grille and bumper to fit around that as soon as it's done, and then I'm pretty much ready to wheel for now. I don't have time to make a brace for the bedsides so the blue strap is going to stay in place for now.
Thanks for the props K5krawler, I've put crazy amounts of time and effort into this rig but comments like that make it all worth it in the end.
