right now I`m running 33x14.5 MT Baja Belteds, which are only at 20 PSI, as that`s what they call for....Is it likely that they`re killing my gas mileage?

i highly doubt that. most tires have a max of 60-85....i would think you should run about 30psi....

are they bias or radial? bias tires dont have as high of a psi rating as radials. i ran my bias iroks at 22psi, max was 30

well a wide tire will definately have an effect on your mileage, as will a taller tire with the same gear you had with a smaller tire...

small one, they're radial as well, so you could run 35 psi and have less rolling resistance in that fact as well as reduced width...
