You can use all of the parts, but the rear axle will need the spring pads moved inward some. This, of course requires cutting the old ones off and welding new ones on in the proper location with the proper pinion angle.
The front axle will bolt in, but I would check the gear ratios in your existing axles and the newer ones to decide which set to use. Because you may want to keep the original rear axle for the ratio. Or maybe you can't move the spring pads on the axle housing.
If you keep the rear axle and the newer axle has a different ratio, you will need to take both axles apart all the way to the knuckles to swap the disc brakes stuff over. At least I believe that the ball joints are the same on those 2 axles. Your '70 should be an open knuckle D44.
The transmission and transfer case will swap, but the newer aluminum one, probably an NP208, won't clear the floor of your '70 in stock form.
