Well i just bought me first lift today, it is a 2.5 BDS with springs all the way around. I did this with several things in mind, i have always wanted 33s, and that my friends were lifting there J**ps, so i could not let them tower above me. One has a 2.5 inch lift on his wrangler with 31's he soon will be getting 33 x 10.50 and the other friend is getting a 2.5 inch with 31s or 32s on the 91 xj. So i thought i needed to not let them get higher than me! When i get my lift on now, I will now deserve those good lookiing Ck5 stickers on mine. I said to myself I will get them when i get my lift, sort of like a merit LOL. Sort of like when you get the lift, you get the stickers! lol

Hey i understand what you mean about the stickers, i figured I don't deserve one until my Blazer is a little more worthy, congrats on the lift and i am sure it will look great, post some pics.

Hey! My blazer has no more lift than what I got from some custom springs I had made for it.And I think it is totally worthy of the CK5 stickers on it. Just caust it aint lifted dont mean it aint a worthy truck

BTW A Buddy of mine had to lift his jeep and put lockers front and rear so he could keep up with me off road. Maby thats why all your buddys have lifted their jeeps. Cause they cant keep up with you either and are tired of being spanked so bad.

Nice looking Blazer Thunder. What are the specs on your springs?

Yup I have seen really nice stock sized blazers. I personally love my 6" lift, but want a bit more tire... 35's just aren't enough..

I just want a 6" suspension, bad! If I do it though, it's going to be all ORD, and I'll need custom shafts, so I don't have the money for that right now. I'm going to eventually do that, add the 1" body lift and run 37s.

Do you really need the lift for 33s? A bunch of my friends ran 33s on stock trucks without problems. On some trucks they rub, some they seem not to.

My buddy that used to run 33s stock now runs a front add-a-leaf and rear block for 3" lift and it looks GOOD!
