I have a 87 K5 will be lifted next year 4 inch TC and shackle flip and good shocks with 33's or 35. Curious if it would be safe to tow my 72 Chevelle on a trailer with brake control and trailer equalizer bars on it 1/2 across country? Not that I am going to do it but like know options out there. Chevelle is lighter then factory say weight is 500 lbs then factory.

I don't think I'd try it...the short wheelbase combined with lift and tall sidewall tires could combine to make for a sway problem.
Your probably in the 5000lb + range for your car/trailer, which I think is over max for a stock Blazer, let alone lifted.
Test case scenario, load the trailer with a heavy centered load of similar weight, and go for a drive.

I wouldn't, I didn't like pulling a small 8n tractor on a 16 ft trailer. Too squirrelly for me.

IF you set it up right it would be alright I think. I have towed a Camaro about a 100 miles with no equalizing hitch. I have a 6" lift and 35s at the time. It really wasn't a big deal. Trailer breaks are a must. More so if you have stock axles.

When I tow Horton around (much heavier) it's 2 hands on the wheel exercise in concentration no fun I would never tow something heavy

you really should put the car on a trailer and see how it does. Like I said that Camaro I would have no problem towing a thousand miles. But anything close to a full size truck no thank you
