Found a good deal on wheels and tires
ATX slots 15x10 15 and Mickey Thompson ATZP3 33x12.50
Ordered my lift from ORD. Front spring 2" and rear shackle hanger kit 2.5".
All bushings and the FUSH kit for the rear hanger on front spring.
Has anyone used the FUSH kit. Wanting to go ahead and start my tear down so I can be a few steps ahead. Anyone know how much larger the center hole hasd to be in the frame for the FUSH kit. Gonna call bcak tomorrow, just figured someone here had used it..
Thanks

just take a large diameter carbide burr in a die grinder to it.... it's not that much material to remove at all, maybe an 1/8" all the way around or somethng...

you could setup a holesaw in a holesaw gig, but it is not worth the bother... 5 minutes per side with the carbide, done.. just wait till you get it, if you really want I'll go down and measure it..

I just did mine. I got a hole saw big enough for the fush. Take a block of wood and clamp it to the inside of the frame behind the factory hole. Took hole saw and drilled it into a piece of cardboard. Take the cardboard cut out it made and put it in the hole. Now you have the template to keep the pilot bit of the hole saw centered. Drill nice and slow and watch the hands when it grabs!!

Thanks,
Just found out that thanks to inclement weather in colorado my shipment is gonna take longer. Bummer
So here she is till next week i hope.

Turned out pretty good I think. Man those old bushings were toast, no wonder it rode like crap.

Got a before and after side ways pic to see? Like to see front wheels turned all way also! Thanks Brandon

Blazer rides nice, the front springs (EZ ride TC) are nice. All the brackets for ord were great, the FUSH kit the rear hanger went in really easy. And man I could not believe how bad the stock bushings were. Amazing this this even drove straight.
