Just found a 91 burban, 700r4 or??

So far i was told th400, 700r4 or it might even be a 4l80e. SO what is it. thx guys

3/4 ton should be a 4L80, 1/2 ton would be a 700R4.

When were the 4l80 put in the Burbs? I thought they didn't come into play until the body change in '92.

ive seen some 91 with 4l80s in them... not really sure

The 4L80 was put in the 91's. If it's 6-lug, it should be a 700.

A 91 would be 4l80e if it's 3/4 ton 8 lug and 4l60e if it's 6 lug.

If its a 91 4x4 3/4 ton, it may have the rare 4L80e to np205 adapter.

really think it would have a 205? i thought that was for 1 tons. I thought it would have a 241.

it would be a 241, its a crap shoot on the 4l80 though... some early models still had 400's
