I can't justify the money they get for crossover steering arm for a dana60, at least if you have the means and smarts to make your own. has anyone else made their own?
 
some have yes. search that and read up.

for best tierod life on the drag link make sure you machine in the angle.

and there not that much money when you look at time and money in just the block of steel.

watch the used market also.
 
if u have the right steel,the right machine tools to work the metal and some experience using them,I don't see why not
 
Figure in the cost of the steel and the price of the reamer for the tie-rod hole and you may be better off buying one .
