Just installed lift, funky vibration, need help. (please)

Ok. I spaced my transfer case down tonight. The vibration is all but gone.
However...
The engine mounts make a sqeeking noise, now, and I am concerned that I may be over-stressing them.

I'll also have to figure out how to adjust my shift linkage for the transmission.

I'm getting closer to being done, at least.
