At least it's not a burb. I have to back my burb in because of the step in the back of the garage and I have less than 6" play total front and back. There's a nice black stripe on the back wall from my bumper trim. I just don't have that much patience.

Base housing? When we used to live in base housing the garages were always small.
i love mine.... 1700sqft, 2 8x12 doors on the front and one 8x12 door on the back. 110v and 220v for both welders, swamp coolers, tons of lighting... coming from a 1 acre yard with no garage at all... ill take the 1'2 acre cut in size and be happy with my garage.

Feel lucky! I had to take the tires and wheels off mine, and it still scrapped the top going into the garage!

Yeah probably get busted for that, but can't get the cops to care about the mariachi (sp?) or rap music blaring from 2 blocks away at 2am. Boy am I glad to be out of the PR of CA and back in the good ole' US of A even if AZ is in the midst of an invasion from CA.
