the shocks i have in the front are for a 6" lift and i have a 4" lift. the driver side is bottomed out. im also noticing alot of frame flex, not much i can do about that.

its not that bad, the only big problem is the tail light, can you find it? its there...

you're right, its not that bad, its worse. my K1500 is starting to go to hell. lost a cab corner a month ago, and the other is only held in by paint at this point. rockers have been gone for a while, and the rear fenders... well, lets just save FENDER MOLDING SUCKS! :D

where's that taillight at? :dunno:

nah thats not rust, thats just a custom cut-out fender, u just need 3 more!! :D good flex dude

Ah hell that rust aint bad, it just looks like any other old truck around here. When you look at the fender and see out the other side of the bed, then it's time to worry :D

That's cool that it doesn't pop your tool box lids open! Mine destroyed the latches from flexing  .

Looks good! :thumb:

the latchs on my tool box are like ive never seen before. they are a self adjusting latch, never had them pop open before like ive seen with other boxes.

the only thing bad with the entire box is the driver side, its not too bad. but yes at certain points, i can look through the driverside and see the pass side. :pimp: i think some call them speed holes.

It looks like a TSC box? I bought a pos Delta and didn't see the TSC box until it was too late. The latches are what I really liked about the TSC box because as you mentioned they are continously automatically adjustable, and heavy duty too.

yep its a TSC box. good one too, i do need to replace the same part on both sides, its the one with all the notches in, all but the top one is wore off on both sides. its been a good 5 years though. :cool1:

The rust removal project is going great.....oops sory I meant weight removal project as you lighten the truck trying to get better fuel economy :D

since this turned into a "man your box is bad" thread....i have the new box on it, just need to wire up the lights so they work and put 4 more bolts in. pics tomorrow

Sadly, the "Off-road" site in those pictures is the best wheeling I've done in months. Oh yeah, and it's TJ's driveway.
