So I just got back from picking up my new M715 project, decided to go by the WORLD FAMOUS ORD SHOP!, to see about some stuff since I was right there anyway.

Everyone I talked to was cool as cucumbers, very helpful! Met the man hisself, and ogled the WORLD FAMOUS ORD BLAZER-BUGGY! for a while, eyeballed stuff on the 715, and left very satisfied. The ORD crew appear to be normal folks, right down to the parts piles!

anyway, thanks Stephen!

ps. my wife saw the buggy and hit me with a magazine: is that a bad sign?

Did you happen to see a beat to hell grey and white Blazer laying around? :doah:

Hmm, normal guys? We sure fooled you!

I think I'm going to go retro with Wally, 1/2T axles, 32" tires, hard top, etc. Maybe we'll start a new trend, taking cool offroad vehicles and turning them into mall crawlers. Oh wait, Fox started that several years back with the UAV.
ha ha ha ha ha ha

Do I remember about reading something in a mag a long time ago about not wanting to modify the green jimmy a whole lot because it wasn't in your complete possetion or something to that degree? :D

It's pretty much been mine to mess with for a while but we tried to stick with the body as long as possible. Not sure what really started the downhill slide but it went quick when it did. It's coming back though, I have a back seat showing up any day to fit all 3 boys, it's got a windshield now which helps comfort a lot, etc. It'll never be a door slammer again though.
