I put a turbo 6.5/700R4 in a K5. Got rid of ALL the engine and transmission control electronics (350 engine.) What do I have to do to make the 700R4 shift and the converter clutch work correctly? Does someone make a electronic kit for that transmission?

You need a computer to control the Diesel and the tranny...junkyard or buy one from GM

go to a good tranny shop they should be able to sell you the check ball to eliminate the need for electronics in your tranny.
Mechanical 6.5s do not nee a computer
