What is the point of this forum if no one from ORD ever comes in here to respond to threads. Every answer is just call them.

Isn't it kind of ironic that you post a question in here pertaining to why this forum even exists since no one from ORD answers when you already know that ORD won't anwser here?

I pretend like this forum does not exist. I can't remember the last time I saw ORD answer a potential or past customer's question in this forum.
great products, but I do find it disheartening.. if your gonna sell on the web, you should be communicating too.....
Have you tried calling them? They will talk your ear off on the phone. Very helpful. . . . . . . .

Both Stephen and James are Pretty Darn Good about getting back to you on E-mails to there Shop too. That last thing they Have Time to do is Hang out here all day. But they do get on here once and again too. Then there is the Phone. They are on that just about 24/7 so If you get thru they will help you with anyand everything, that is why we say Just call them. So Just call em or E-them or just hang out here and hope that they stumble upon your post's and throw you a response.
Aren't there more important things going on to Gripe about anyway. At this point in Life? Un less Maybe you have it so Good that, that is all you have to worry about.... lol

Yeah nevermind that they are basically a three man show oh and lets not forget that they arent just sittin round at there shop they do travel to events from time to time
I used to wonder the same thing about this forum but after having called ORD a few times for info and/or parts it doesn't bother me any more. In spite of how busy they are, when I've called Stephen had all the time in the world for me. He's listened and answered all my questions in great depth, seemed genuinely interested in what I was building and once spent 30 minutes talking about the differences in the weather between Al and Co..
Shoot, I have friends that don't surf nor check email inspite of the fact they own computers and have email acct's. I don't hate on them for it, they're busy. It's easy for me to lose perspective and get aggrivated on stuff like this because I forget that I have a job that allows me to surf... A LOT. Heck I'd rather call and talk to Stephen anyway.

You can bet there arent many companies out there that will give you that kind of attention and mean it too.

I prefer talking to an actual human being rather than a computer.
it is comforting to know that there are still businesses, like ORD, that actually take the time to conversate over the phone with potential customers. In many of my conversations with ORD, i gained a plethora of 4x4 knowledge, and not in an effort to sell me product, but rather inform, and advise on the best modifications for my particular application.
I like the idea of this forum from the standpoint that it is a resource for other users' feedback on ORD products. Sure, a call to ORD can provide the assistance you're looking for, but isn't it nice to have a whole network of other wheelers available to offer installation tips or product opinions?
