:doah: Today I got out of work to do some running around. I started to pull out of the parking lot and just as I was got on the gas to speed up, it started stall out. It seemed like it was running out of gas, but I was still above a quater of a tank. I laid off the gas and babied it up to speed of 50 it wasn't cutting out but I was lacking a lot of power. I started to slow down to 35 and it started cutting out again. I had just replaced the radiator but I wouldn't think that has anything to do with it? It has the 350 tbi and auto tranny. Any thoughts?:eek1:

Sounds like a similar problem I had a while back. I thought it was really major and was going to start bass akwards when somebody on here reminded me to try the cheapest thing first. The fuel filter... and it fixed the problem. Hope it might fix yours.

sounds like its time for a new fuel filter

x2 My 72 with Quadrajet was acting the same way, I changed the in line fuel filter and it got better, but still present. I had forgotten about the filter up where the fuel line goes into the carb. Changed it, now no problems. Don't know if TBI has the same filters, but sounds like something's plugged up.

No codes have popped up. I was suprised when the check engine light didn't even come on.

I changed the fuel filter and it was no help. Running it around to see if it fixed the problem, she'll rev up but it lags. Once it finally revs up it like the tranny doesn't want to shift. Any other ideas?

maybe a vaccuum leak? just guessin, dont know much about computer controlled, i like my carb, mostly just needs a tappin on the float to cure problems lol.
