K Case 700r4

Doing some junk yard searching and was wondering if all 4wd trucks, blazers and burbs all came factory with K cases?

Looking around i saw mostly non K cases, so just wondering if someone knew what models/years the K case came in.

Yes, all 700R4 4x4's were K-cases unless changed by the owner of the vehicle. V-6 4.3 applications both two and 4 wheel drive, and some V-8 93 F-Bodies also used a version of the K-case with the top of the bellhousing "ears" shaved off to clear the exhaust, losing the top two bolts for the bolt on dust cover.
