anybody run these? how do you like them? dislikes? im fixen to order a new air cleaner cover, and im debating getting one of those, or just going with a regular cover. my truck wont see mud, its more of a trail rig, but it will occasionaly see water crossings.

I use to run a K&N but after a couple times cleaning it the pleats started to get crushed. Considering how often I was needing to clean it due the heavy dust on the trails out here I tossed it and now just run a paper element. Now I spend 10 bucks or less on a paper element rather than the same on a k&n cleaning kit and having to deal with all that stuff.

The idea just doesn't make sense to me for someone who offroads even a little bit. All of the dust and dirt sucked to the top of the filter to slowly bounce its way down into your engine. Maybe I am just paranoid :dunno:
