After nearly causing a 5 car pile-up earlier today because my brakes suck ASS, it's come to my attention that my brakes suck ASS. Being that my brakes suck ASS and I would like to not cause any pile-ups, are there any cheapish swaps to better braking, or am I looking at an aftermarket disc/caliper kit?

It took you this long to realize how sh1tty the brakes are on these trucks? :doah::p:

That said, slotted rotors, hawk pads, and stainless lines... About a $400 deal.

Haha I knew they were ****ty before, but I've never come so close to driving over a Honda :rotfl:

SSBC front rotor kit runs $200.00. Kit consist of front slotted rotors and performance pads. I installed them on my K1500 Sub and they made a big difference in stopping.
