I've been recently offered a K20 cab that has just minor rust. Now I'm thinking about saving work and changing my very rusty K5 Cab against a K20 cab. As it would also come with road tax savings it sounds interesting to me.
I already found out that the cab is the same until the A pillar. So the front cab mounts would fit. But the rear ones probably wouldn't. I need to make that conversion as OEM looking as possible as we have very strict regulations about any mods.
Has anyone done this mod? Maybe with some pictures so I can imagine how you would change the rear end to fit for example a truck bed or someting.
