K30 crew seat swap questions.

I’m gonna be picking up a crew cab Cummins swap this weekend. This will be my daily and my plan is to make the interior more modern and comfy. Looking at doing a seat swap from 2014 and up Chevy/GMC. From all I have researched, I will need to cut the floor down and relocate the fuel tank to rear doing a blazer tank.
Has anyone done a modern seat swap? Does anyone have any pics or best advice on how to lower the floor? I have found a couple pics online, but there’s not much info on it.
I’ve seen others using odyssey seats…..they look good, but would be cool to keep it GM.
