I am looking at installing a divorced 205 in my 86 GMC to help with drive shaft angles up front. Does anyone have any good pics of the bracketry to mount a divorced 205 so I can get a good starting point? This place is full of great info. I think it has more then payed for it's self in things learned.

just a fyi for ya. chevy is about 34" inside of the rails. and international trucks are about 34" inside of frame rails. i got my complet pas drop 205 with all the mounts and stuff from a ih truck. looks like it will bolt up directly just need to drill holes.

I think Dodges are close to that measurement, and I think I might have access to one, try to find out for yah.

IIRC, the 205 I pulled from a '71 Dodge was bolted up to its very own contoured crossmember.
