Here's a few northwest Arkansas/Oklahoma area ads. I think most of these are over priced, but I think most people over price a bit on online ads. I'd guess several of these would sell for quite a bit less. I've found the best deals just driving around looking for ones sitting by the road with a for sale sign in them. I usually see one or two new ones every month.
