k5 52'' spring swap

I Just Finished Reading The Article On The 52 Inch Spring Swap. I Have A Couple Of Questions, 1. Do You Need A Drop Pitman Arm Or Can You Use Stock. Also Would This Swap Work On A Full Size Truck. I Havea 1978 3/4 Ton That I Would Like To Lift. I Know This Forum Is For Blazers But I Havent Found Any Thing Else Yet For Full Size With This Much Info.

Yes, the swap will work on a fullsize truck . . . K5's are just short fullsize chevy's anyway.

With the 52" swap, you really need to do crossover steering. I'm not sure stock steering setup will work at all.

I'm slowly collecting all the parts to do this to my Burb myself . . . the axles are just eating my funds right now.
