Its as easy as bolt on the truck hardware. There are a 70s style hardware and an 80s style. The 70s has a bigger trunion, or hinge, so if you can get the hardware ie: trunions and latches from the same donor if possible.
Get similar year truck gate as the heat of your blazer. 70's and 80' differ
Only thing that differs is the mounting trunions and style of logo.
