GMC Jimmy – 1981 4-Wheel Drive
My wife and I restored the Jimmy and we are the second owner. The engine is a GMC 350 crate with an Edelbrock cam, manifold, carb, Malory distributor, and Hooker powder coated headers. We built the motor to retain it’s gas mileage, yet give it a bit more “oomph”….we were successful. The TH-350 auto transmission and transfer case have been rebuilt at an excellent transmission shop in Colorado Springs where we also installed a high-stall torque converter. The top has never been off it and the interior is immaculate. Here are a few highlights!
· Crate GM 350 with less than 10,000 miles
· Fresh rebuild of transmission and transfer case with less than 2,000 miles
· Edelbrock Performer intake manifold
· Edelbrock 4506 carburetor with automatic choke
· Edelbrock cam
· Edelbrock high rise valve covers
· Mallory ignition
· 14” K&N air filter
· Punch amplified stereo system
· Radar detection system with remote mounted receiver
· Hooker powder coated exhaust headers with custom 3” dual exhaust
· Original GM aluminum wheels with matching spare
· All door rubber replaced ad door jams painted
· The back cab has never been removed therefore is factory sealed and does not leak…..most do. It has also been repainted inside and out.

I am asking High Retail via NADA guides which is $7,500
I didn't post any pictures on the K5 web site on purpose.
Serious buyers can email me at [email protected] for hi-res pictures, or call me at (719) 963-6509.
