The first step is figuring out what needs to be replaced. People often decide "I want to replace everything", but that's a concept, not a plan. Wouldn't it be a shame to order parts, tear it all down, put it back together and the issue remains? Also, a lot of new parts are junk, making the good used part better.
Many posts here, search them. Basically, you'll have prybars on every wear item, check for cracked frame behind steering box and inspect all parts for movement while somebody else is steering side to side. Issue can be any combination of 4 ball joints, either TRE, either DLE, 4 spring bushings, 4 wheel bearings, bad shackle bushings, loose bolts, broken spring center pin, loose rag joint, loose steering gear, frozen axle-shaft u-joints, improperly set wheel bearing locknuts, hanging hub, and the list goes on...
