what else should I do to my truck its going to sit anywhere from 4 to 6 months depending on how long my delpoyment is, right now I get enough cetane additive to keep the fuel from gelling, is there any fuel stabilize stuff that I should put in to keep the fuel from breaking down, also going to disconnect both batteries so they hold there charge

You pretty much got it.
Most additives will stabilize the fuel as well as keep it from gelling, and the batteries being disconnected is a good idea, I would also change the oil were it's parked.
New oil, non acid is better on the internals.

when I get back I planned on driving it like 50 miles and then changing the oil
