1/2 ton status
This is an '84 K5 that I am getting from Dillon (mepr).
From Tacoma it travelled with me in Washington to Mason Lake, Bremerton, Seattle, Steven's Pass, Leavenworth, back to Spokane and then to Ione.
It now has the 3/4 ton axles from my blue '84 K5 and a 6" lift. The stock 10-bolts with 3.07s are a thing of the past.
It sits leveller than this, but the trailer was loaded as well as stuff in the back of the K5.
By now it also has a 454, TH400 and NP205 in place of a 305, 700R4 and 208.
And I now am getting this '83 K30 Scottsdale 6.2 diesel.
4.56's are too low for it... so Saturday I swapped in a pair of 4.10 ratio axles instead as well as a 2.5" lift.
Sunday, (day 3 of me having it in my posession) it has already received body damage as a result of an accident. See here: http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=149935
I DID have a straight K30... but now I have to replace the bumper, fender, grille and headlight ring/turnsignal lense and I haven't even had it 5 days yet.
