Picked up a used set of Energy Suspensions for a mid 80's Blazer. Downloaded the install instructions, for set # 3.4118 (this kit covers '81-'97), and found some of the individual part #s are different
Starting from the front the first 3 sets use a #4076 between the body and the frame. I have #4067. All the other parts I have are correct.
Looking at Energy Suspensions web site the 4067 are second gen truck mounts for K10, K20, K30. Maybe others but on Energy Suspension's web site you can't look up individual part numbers, only by kit number or by vehicle
I emailed Energy Suspension and they only sell complete kits, no replacement parts
.
What I am hoping for is somebody, who has the correct kit, can take a couple of rough measurements for me so I can compare the two parts. Frankly if there is less than 3/16" difference I'll use these.
So, to describe this toad stool looking thing it's 3" across and 1-3/4" high, of that height 1" is the head and the 3/4" has a metal sleeve on it. The top is slightly beveled to 2-5/8" across. The oblong hole in the center is 1-1/4" X 3/4". I used a tape measure so they aren't exact but should be close.
Finally, since the center hole is oblong then I guess they should be oriented in a specific direction. I'd guess that would be so the body can roll side to side, is that correct?
