Does anybody make this repair part? These are the footwells for the rear passengers. Not the floor, but the sides. There are small pieces of carpet mounted to cardboard that cover then up. I can't find them on JC Whitney or LMC.

Won't be able to check my parts manual for a week or so, but IF GM sold that particular area, they MIGHT still have a couple in stock. Never know, some of that stuff doesn't seem to move fast.

Maybe someone can check their parts manual and see. I wouldn't trust a dealer to do a good job of searching unless you have prior experience with their searching expertise. If they can at least give you a part number, you know they knew what they were doing, and made an effort. :)

I know the area you are talking about. Mine is gone in that area too, so I'm kinda interested if there is a patch panel for it. I was planning on making my own.

If you are talking about the sides where the seat belt bolts in, I need some also. Somebody please help.

Maybe I'm looking for part #7. It looks like you are only linking one picture, so I don't know what the part numbers are.

I'm not linking one picture, my POS computer (or windows) isn't cooperating, I'm on another one now. I'll get the link to the photo album soon. The pictures are large enough to be clear in the album.

Directions to get to the photos should be the same. Last page of photos.

Several years back, I made some repair panels and welded them into my friend's '91. I don't remember it being hard to do or taking very long. They held up too, even when he totaled it (badly):doah:

Those pictures look pretty helpful. I don't find 471089 or 466743 available anywhere. I suppose I will be fabbing something. It's not like it has to look good.

You can also call a dealer and ask them if the parts have been superceeded, and/or to check inventory at other dealers. I have had decent luck in the past finding parts that were long ago disco'd, through the dealers search.
