K5 Rear Seat from 90/91 Good shape

I'm looking for a rear seat & seat belts from a K5 equipped from the factory with rear shoulder belts (That would be I think 1990 or 1991).
No stains/holes/tears. Preferably in MI, OH, IN, IL, WI somwhere so I can pickup.
